what are delivery options?

what payment options can i use?

we want to make buying your favourite ainofea clothes and gear online fast and easy, and we accept the following payment options:

  • wire transfer

how do i order internationally?

please select  right delivery region in menu from the list of available options.

can i split my payment between multiple credit cards?

no, you can only use one credit/debit card per order.

why can’t you ship my order?

there are a few reasons that can keep us from being able to ship your order.

here are a few possible causes:

  • you specified a po box as your delivery address. unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to po boxes, because our deliveries need to be signed upon receipt.
  • a payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order.

what should i do if i haven't received my package?

do you want to find out the current delivery status of your order? you can easily track the status of your order. 

we always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.

if you haven’t received your package within our standard delivery times, please follow the steps below.


  1. make sure you check the delivery times for the product type of your order. if your order contains personalised products, delivery takes 1 - 2 business days longer.
  2. check the status of your order by following the link in your shipment confirmation email.
  3. check the delivery status of your order below. it explains each stage the delivery can be in, and what you can do at that stage.

order has status ‘cancelled’. 

your order may have been cancelled for various reasons. you receive an email explaining why your order was cancelled.

order stuck on status ‘order received’.

it can be that the product you ordered is out of stock. please contact us. if product is out of stock, the order gets cancelled.

order has status ‘order shipped’. the track & trace code is stuck on status ‘out for delivery’ or any status prior to that. 

your order has left our warehouse and is now in the hands of the carrier. please contact us.  

order has status ‘order shipped’. the track & trace code has status ‘delivered’ but the package wasn’t delivered.

please contact us. we may have to request a proof of delivery.

i didn’t receive my package, but the track & trace status on the carrier website is ‘delivered’.

please contact us. we may have to request a proof of delivery.

i received a package but it is incomplete.

it is possible that your products are shipped in separate packages. if you don’t receive your second package, please contact us.


what should i do if i received the wrong product?

if you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please contact us and we’ll help you with the return and refund process. if you received a product that's the wrong size, you can return the product to us and re-order at our online shop.
if you bought your product from one of our official shops and it became clear that the product was not what you wanted, you can return it to the store within the return period. you'll be able to exchange your product and/or get a refund. our store return rules and restrictions apply.

if i missed the delivery of my package can i book a redelivery?

yes, you can book a redelivery at website of your carrier.
