how do i return my product(s)?

items purchased at the ainofea online shop can only be returned to us by post.

you can return your online order free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order (or 14 days* for hype products). if you received items from one order in several parcels, the 30-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.


1. print a return form, which can be found HERE.

2. fill out the return form with your return reason(s) and insert into your parcel then seal the box.

4. keep the package receipt. do not send the package cash on delivery.

what is the return policy?

 in order for us to fully refund your returned items you must return them in suitable packaging and if the items are not used, worn or damaged more resulting from the handling than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

we kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:

  • the product is in its original state (unworn and unwashed) and packaging.
  • apparel has the original tags attached.
  • accessories have all parts of the original packaging.

please note that you have no right of withdrawal for customised and personalised items as they are made uniquely for you. these items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

can i exchange my product(s)?

tried on your item(s) and need a different size? exchange your item(s) within 30 days and have your perfect fit. you can return the product to us and re-order at our online shop.

is it possible to keep the discount when asking for an exchange?

yes, if the order was placed with a discount, it will also be applied to the exchange. just let us now when you will be placing a re-order. some exceptions may apply.

how do i return a defective or faulty product?

we stand behind all of our clothes and gear. if your product is defective or faulty, please contact us to help with your return. defective or faulty products can be returned with a valid proof of purchase within two years of the order delivery or store purchase date. some products have specific warranties. please read the product label, tag or warranty card for specific returns guidelines.

where is my refund?

after we receive and process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment within two business days. please note that it may take up to 10 additional business days for your payment method to reflect the refund.
